The Pastor

Steve Watson
Steve has been in ministry since he was 19 years old, beginning as a volunteer youth pastor and eventually planting The Bridge - Richland after serving as a counseling pastor at Bethel Church in Richland, Washington for many years.
As a young man he attended Multnomah School of the Bible where he studied for a year and later graduated from Portland State University with degrees in Philosophy and History. Steve then went on to earn an M.A. in Counseling from Western Conservative Baptist Seminary. From there he helped plant a church in the Portland area and eventually moved out to the Tri-Cities in November 1991 where he oversaw drug and alcohol programs in the 23 school districts in southeast Washington.
Steve has authored a book, "Spiritual Fatherhood" and his wife Pam is an elementary school teacher at White Bluff Elementary while she continues to oversee the church's Children's Ministry.
Steve and Pam live in West Richland, Washington with their four children, Keziah, Ian, Andrew and Autumn.
